Es ist das mit Abstand schlechteste Haus, das ich je über Booking gebucht habe
Die Sicht auf die Berge und das Meer. Allerdings hat der Bauer nebenan das Feld gedüngt und es stank Tagelang nach Dünger.
1. Das Haus und insbesondere das Wohnzimmer sind eiskalt, solang die Außentemperatur nicht sommerlich warm ist. Das Haus geht komplett nach Norden. Der Kamin dient nur als Deko und wird selbst mit Feuer nicht warm. Es ist auch nicht möglich, das Wohnzimmer elektrisch zu heizen, weil bei 2 laufenden Elektrogeräten schon die Sicherung rausfliegt. Daher war das Wohnzimmer bei unserem Aufenthalt im März nicht nutzbar und wir mussten unseren Urlaub in der dunklen Küche mit Sicht auf den Hinterhof verbringen, weil das der einzige halbwegs warme Raum war.
2. Das Schlafzimmer mit Himmelbett hat ein massives Schimmelproblem und dürfte allein schon aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht vermietet werden. Ein Einbauschrank ist innen komplett verschimmelt, der Stoff des Himmelbetts war mit Stockflecken überzogen und in der Ecke stand ein komplett verschimmelter Sessel.
3. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. der Agentur war sehr unbefriedigend. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer meldete sich nur ein Anrufbeantworter auf Portugiesisch. Auf Textnachrichten bekamen wir nur teilweise Antworten.
4. Die Fenster waren bei unsere Ankunft so dreckig, dass man kaum hindurchsehen konnte.
5. Die Bäder wirken ziemlich abgenutzt: Risse in den Waschbecken, gesprungene Spiegel, völlig verkalkte Duschwände, klebriger Duschvorhang, muffiger Geruch, verrostete Lampen. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher aufzuhängen.
6. Wir hatten die ganze Woche Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung, an Baden war also nicht zu denken. Eines Abends blieb das Wasser dann völlig kalt und auch am Herd gab es kein Gas mehr. Erst auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir, dass wir die Gasflasche im Schuppen vor dem Haus wechseln sollen. Hier hätte man 2 Gasflaschen anschließen können, um solche Probleme zu vermeiden.
7. Die Abflüsse im Küchenwaschbecken und im Waschbecken unten im Bad sind komplett verstopft, das Wasser fließt kaum noch ab. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine.
