Nie wszystko złoto co się świeci
Nie lubię pisać takich opinii ale mam nadzieję, że dzięki temu inni goście unikną tak nieprzyjemnych sytuacji jakie spotkały nas na urlopie.
1. Po pierwsze, obiekt nie informuje klientów o możliwości korzystania ze sprzętu i produktów w domu i dostępie do pomieszczeń. Robi to po fakcie. Wyznaczona osoba kontaktowa nie poinformowała nas o tym w dniu przyjazdu. Nie poinformowała nas, że oferują jedynie dwie butelki wody na powitanie. Nawiasem mówiąc, dwie butelki wody dla sześciu osób. Następnie podjęto próbę obciążenia nas dodatkowymi kosztami za 20 butelek wody w kwocie 9 USD przy cenie za pobyt wynoszącej prawie 1000 USD!!! Żałosne.
Informacja o wodzie nie znajduje się w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji na stronie booking.com.
2. Mieliśmy dwie noce i cały dzień bez prądu oraz awarię pompy wody. Temperatura w domu była nie do zniesienia bez prądu. Gdy w domu następuje przerwa w dostawie prądu, alarm włącza się co kilka minut, nawet w nocy. Przy braku klimatyzacji i awarii pompy wody wzrasta zużycie wody butelkowanej (patrz pkt 1)
3. Najważniejszym problemem jest jednak to, że dom nie spełnia wymagań podanych w ogłoszeniu. Zgodnie z ofertą mieliśmy mieć 5 sypialni. Początkowo zaoferowano nam tylko 3 sypialnie bo byliśmy w 6 osób i dopiero po moim zapytaniu otrzymałem czwartą. Poinformowano mnie, że piąta sypialnia jest zarezerwowana przez właściciela i niedostępna. Po kilku dniach okazało się, że przechowują tam bagaże, podczas gdy pomieszczenie powinno być dostępne dla nas.
4. W domu nie było wystarczającej liczby ręczników dla gości. Dostaliśmy 4 i musieliśmy czekać 3 dni na więcej. Zapytałem o ręczniki przed przyjazdem i powiedziano mi, że zapewniają ręczniki dla wszystkich.
5. Talerze, kubki, szklanki i sztućce były brudne i zakurzone. Garnki były tak brudne, że się odbarwiły. Wyposażenie kuchni było niekompletne i brakowało prostej patelni.
6. Oferują gościom prysznic na zewnątrz, ale nie informują ich o zainstalowanych kamerach monitoringu na zewnątrz. Jak korzystać
7. Pewnego dnia zapukał do drzwi kompletnie obcy człowiek i nawet się nie przedstawiając zapytał czy wypiliśmy wodę i pukając się w głowę, zarzucił mi brak rozsądku w korzystaniu z wody dostępnej w domu. Nigdy nie spotkałem się z taką sytuacją. Do dzisiaj nie wiem kim była ta osoba.
8. Obcy ludzie ciągle krążą po nieruchomości i wykonują różne prace ogrodnicze i inne. Nieruchomość była wynajęta w całości, łącznie z ogrodem i parkingiem. Nikt nie informuje o wejściu gości na posesję. Mój syn i żona byli zestresowani tą sytuacją.
Kiedy odmówiłem dodatkowej płatności za wodę i zażądałem zwrotu 20% wartości rezerwacji ponieważ dom nie spełnia warunków podanych w ogłoszeniu kontakt z obiektem urwał się momentalnie. Do dzisiaj nie uzyskałem odpowiedzi na zadane pytania. Mam zamiar złożyć wniosek o zwrot środków do booking i odpowiednich organów UE.
Dom jest zwyczajnie nieprzygotowany na gości. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.
