The apartment is in Spinea, mainland. But no problems to get to downtown Venice. Just take bus 7 or 7E from the bus stop that is 200m away. No need to change buses, but get tickets first from the local tobacco shop as you cant buy them on the bus.
Apartment is amazing, very comfortable, modern and quiet. There are bars nearby, but the windows are excellent so no problems with noise. Supermarket 100m away. Great!
Checkin was simple as a nice lady was waiting for us. Could not be easier.
We will stay here again when next in Venice for the next Biennale.
Nothing, was perfect
