Location
Extra stairs on level 1 not great with heavy luggage

Bathroom and room size was fabulous, view of Windsor Castle unbeatable
Tea and coffee were not replenished daily in room and would have liked a spoon.

Excellent location ,with a lovely view of Windsor castle
Rooms not so clean and run down, tap water was no where near hot enough for shower or bathing, balcony doors wouldn’t close properly, toilet blind didn’t work and was covered in mould ,only one accessible wall socket for charging devices
