Decent location and easy check-in, but too many basic maintenance issues for a stay rated this highly.

The location was okay, and check-in was easy. No issues with the staff.

The internet was so-so. It worked, but it was laggy at times. There were cockroaches and spiders during the stay. One of the AC units wasn’t able to cool the room properly. The fridge had a lot of frost buildup and didn’t cool properly either. The toilet seat was broken. The water was barely lukewarm, with poor water pressure, and there wasn’t a proper water heater. For a place rated around 9+, I honestly expected a much better overall condition.

Tranquila e excelente facilities

Portaria gentil e prestativa

Good place, I would gladly come back!

Indoor garage with parking assigned. Great view and overall good amenities. Great communication with the host. Would recommend.

A bit more cleaning would have been great, as we found hair here and there, especially on the sofa and in one cup where we put our breakfast in.

Would book for a second stay

- building staff was very friendly - property owner was easily reachable and helpful - trash was taken from the apartment every day - apartment is very clean and well maintained - fair price for a high season stay - very central and with easy access to the beach
