When I arrived there were chips and a bottle of water, which I appreciated a lot after arriving from my flight in the evening!
The apartment looks very nice and it’s clean. There’s also enough space. And the location is near supermarkets, restaurants, a nice park and a train station.
The bed was quite hard in my opinion as well as the pillows.
The window let through light at night and the building is quite noisy.
I could hear my upstairs neighbors really well. There’s also a restaurant across the street, so when there’s an event there you can hear that very well too.

The property was very spacious . Very clean and tidy on arrival. Good clear easy instructions on how to get in. There is a no tolerance noise after 10 which was lovely as no one wants to be disturbed if their tired. The team are prompt in replying if there is a problem which is really good. Our toaster broke and there was a new one deliver when we got back same day.
The property must be over a flight path so planes were constantly flying over.

Overall, the property was very pleasant and furnished with all the necessary amenities. The room was spacious and bright, and having a station right next to the property made intercity trips easy and convenient.
We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time and had no issues with checking in early, which was really appreciated.
The support team was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist and address any issues we encountered during our stay.
We had a couple of minor issues with some of the appliances, but they were addressed immediately, so they didn’t affect our stay and wouldn’t really count as a downside.

"I have to recount a very special experience. I'd made a mistake when booking in that I thought to have booked a 2-room apartment but upon arrival I was confronted with my mistake as it was a small on..."
