Our beautiful ground-floor apartment is located in a privately owned building with a parking garage. The apartment is situated in a quiet location between the two ski lift stations and features a terrace with a stunning view of the mountains and meadows (where children can play freely). The apartment has one double bedroom and a large living/sleeping area with two single beds. Inside, the apartment is like new, with underfloor heating, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. Access to the apartment is via a key code. It’s an 8-minute walk or a 2-minute bus ride to the village center.

The Gartenappartement Kirchdorf is a ground-floor apartment in the historic center of Brand. The entire building has a parking garage as well as a ski and bicycle storage room. The entire Kirchdorf complex is located in a quiet area. In winter, the ski bus stops just 30 meters from the front door. The village cross-country ski trail practically runs through the garden.
In summer, you can access the hiking network right outside the front door or directly from the garden.
The terrace offers a beautiful view of the meadows, the Alvierbach stream, and the mountains. Children can play and run around here carefree, without any danger from traffic. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed as well as a large living-sleeping area with two additional beds that fold down from a wall cabinet. The Kirchdorf Garden Apartment thus offers enough space for 2 adults and 2 children.
