With 100 m² of space, this semi-detached house offers plenty of room for a vacation with 4–6 people.
The kitchen and living room are bustling with life! The south-facing rooms offer plenty of space for a memorable time with the family. In the kitchen, a large dining table invites you to eat, play, and spend time together. The living room is cozy and comfortable! Both rooms open onto the sun terrace, which features a seating area and a grill.
A double sink, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and floor heating make the bathroom a place of relaxation. An infrared sauna is the highlight here. A washing machine for emergency laundry is also available.
From the box-spring bed (180×200 cm) in the master bedroom, you have a unique view of nature. The open wardrobe and a dresser provide ample storage space. A smart TV and a small desk are complemented by a fixed crib and a changing table in the baby area of the room.
The children’s and teens’ room is furnished with a 140×200 cm bed and a loft bed (90×200 cm) above it. A spacious desk offers plenty of room for playing and being creative. The closet provides ample storage space.
To ensure no one has to leave the floor at night, there is a restroom with a sink on the upper level.
The staircase to the upper floor can be locked with a safety gate and is childproofed.
