Your vacation home on the 3rd floor of Haus Berolina accommodates up to 5 people:
- Living room/bedroom with a cozy chaise longue - sofa bed for one person,
armchair with ottoman, TV, and direct access to the furnished balcony
- A sleeping area separated from the living room with a double bed (2 single mattresses, 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe
- Separate bedroom with a sleeper sofa (140x190 cm)
- Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area
- Modern bathroom with shower, completed in spring 2025

Swimming in the on-site pool (15 m long, 8 m wide, and 1.20 m deep, with a separate toddler pool; for the exclusive use of guests and owners of the Berolina), relax on the sunbed (for a fee), work up a sweat playing table tennis (please bring your own paddles), test your accuracy at darts (please bring your own darts), and enjoy panoramic views of the Baltic Sea from three rooftop terraces...

Relaxation begins the moment you arrive: Park your car in the building’s underground garage and reach your apartment conveniently by elevator.

On floors 1 through 4, there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers for shared use.

You’re welcome to bring your dog along for a fee!

Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!

Additional amenities:
You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in House An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Houses An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) on each of floors 1–4. The accommodation includes one parking space in the underground garage (185 cm clearance height).

IMPORTANT - Good to know: The swimming pool will be closed in 2027 from calendar week 01 through calendar week 11!
