About this house rental
Welcome to the Moulin des Vergnes. This 11th century mill completely renovated for your comfort is located in a green setting where the magic of water reigns everywhere, it will seduce you with its beauty, tranquility and authenticity.
In an idyllic setting, the old lock with a water wheel has kept its charm of yesteryear. There is a diversity of birds, the majestic flight of the heron, the ballet of the wagtails of the streams, the joyful chirping of the finches, and the furtive appearance of the fishermen near the water. At nightfall, the melodious songs of owls, nightingales and bats create a serene atmosphere.
You have at your disposal an outdoor Norwegian spa, a barbecue, a pond for lovers of fishing and beautiful hikes.

A fast charging socket for your 12 kWh electric car is also at your disposal.
On the first floor, the living room is equipped with a functional fireplace with fireplace, exposed beams, its fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. This room opens directly onto two large terraces surrounded by water allowing you to enjoy the rural setting. A bathroom and separate toilet.
The large bedroom upstairs overlooking the river and the lock is glazed on two sides with exposed beams, the windows reveal the charm of the waterfall and the green setting where the mill is located and invites you to calm and relaxation. What could be more relaxing than the sound of the water flowing along the rocks? … A magical place to recharge your batteries or work remotely in the cool.
Interior equipment: 1 microwave oven, dishwasher, television, washing machine, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, free wifi internet access.
Breakfast can be served. It is also possible to order your meals, the menus will be defined.
