About this apartment rental
Smoke detectors are installed in the apartment. Barbecuing is NOT permitted.
If you are arriving by bicycle, you can lock them to a bike rack outside.
Utilities for water, electricity, and heat, as well as the use of a parking space, are included in the rental price. This also includes 1 set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, and 1 hand towel (per person). If this is not enough for you, you are welcome to purchase an additional laundry package from us. Basic supplies are provided by the cleaning company: dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. If these items run out, you will need to purchase them yourself. We ask that you follow the cleaning company’s instructions posted in the apartment.
Vacation Rental 1 is located on the first floor of our building. Our comfortable two-room vacation rental is a non-smoking unit. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a small kitchenette. Here you’ll find a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and dishes/cutlery. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The vacation rental is suitable for up to 3 people. The sleeping arrangements are as follows. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and the couch in the living room can be converted into a bed.
The bathroom has a toilet and a shower.
The apartment includes a terrace and a parking space.
Barbecuing is not permitted at this property.
Our Walfisch vacation home is located right in the beautiful seaside resort of Ahlbeck on the charming island of Usedom. It is situated in a quiet location and offers you 3 comfortable one-bedroom vacation apartments, each with a living room featuring a small kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony.
Included in the rental price are the utilities for water, electricity, and heating, use of the parking space, as well as towels and bed linens.
