About this house rental
The vacation home/group house for family reunions, group vacations, club outings, corporate meetings, seminars, or conferences.
All rooms with shower/toilet, for groups of up to 60 people, for exclusive use and self-catering.

This high-quality group house offers endless space, complete with a sauna and a fireplace room—perfect for cozy winter evenings!!
Ideal for family gatherings, groups of friends, corporate meetings, and supervised groups—also wheelchair accessible.
The Frauenberg Country House offers a total of 780 square meters of living space and 4,500 square meters of fenced-in property, providing plenty of space both inside and around the house. Although it’s located on a quiet residential street with only three neighbors—and many cyclists heading to the Dreisessel—closing the courtyard gate ensures that children can move about freely and safely in our large courtyard.
The vacation home features 4 common areas:
1 fireplace room,
1 beer hall,
1 communal dining room,
1 game and lounge room, with a pool table and an organ; these two rooms can be opened up to form one large space.
70 seats available in the large room; the beer hall seats 20; the fireplace room seats 15 with 2 round corners.
A total of over 16 bedrooms, 12 of which have a shower/toilet.
D. h. First and second floors combined: 11 bedrooms with shower/toilet; additionally, on the first floor, a large, separate living area with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
1. Bathroom with tub and shower, 2 sinks, and 1 toilet.
2. Bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet.
On the first floor, 1 accessible bedroom with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, plus an accessible sink in the entryway outside the room, with a toilet next to it; additionally, 1 accessible toilet and a spacious accessible shower in the hallway.

1 room with a double bed and an extra bed,

1 room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed (90 x 200), wheelchair accessible.
1 children’s playroom (can be used as a single room with a daybed).
The entrance area is also very spacious and wheelchair-accessible.
The 16 rooms mentioned are located on the first floor and on the 1st and 2nd floors.
1 room with 40 seats that can be used as a seminar room; the tables and chairs can be arranged as desired or cleared away, but must then be put back in order; also equipped with a home theater – satellite TV and a pool table.
The second common room is ideal for group meals, with seating for up to 50 people; the tables can be arranged in rows or individually, with a large dance floor in between.
As a third option, there is also the long, narrow beer hall with a 7-meter-long U-shaped corner bench and 2 large tables seating about 20 people, located right next door. This allows your group to split up based on different interests or to set up the buffet there.
The cozy fireplace room, perfect for a chat in a small group, features one upholstered seating area with a large table arranged in a circle, plus an upholstered nook with a small table, a high-quality soapstone stove that radiates warmth and coziness, and a new flat-screen TV on the wall—it truly leaves nothing to be desired (!).
Our guests receive deliveries directly from the supermarket, so they don’t have to drive out to shop! However, if you ever need to pick something up quickly, this supermarket is just 3 km away!
The nearest bus stop is about 300 meters from the house, and with your spa passes, you can ride for free throughout the entire Bavarian Forest!
