We have been staying at BnBs for years and Maria Pia's apartment has been the best by far. From the cleanliness to the amenities as well as the location, our expectations were exceeded. The photos don't do it justice.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention the food that was provided. There's were several boxes of espresso pods, plums, grapes, juices, aqua, yogurt, etc in the fridge. And the cakes on the kitchen table were to die for.
I must admit, I was nervous when she was navigating me to the parking garage the first time, but the walk back to the apartment is not bad at all.
But most of all was the kindness of Maria. my wife became ill and Maria had a scheduled doctor's appointment for herself and took my wife along with her for the doctor to examine.
Thank you Maria Pia and your granddaughter who assisted with communication.

Tutto! Posizione stupenda, alloggio a dir poco splendido... la proprietaria, signora Maria Pia, a dir poco strepitosa per cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità!
Nulla!

This is a beautiful apartment. It is very spacious for a couple or solo traveller. It is clearly a well-loved home, with many lovely touches, well cared for, spotlessly clean, and with everything you would need. Maria Pia is delightful, and she lavishes her guests with delicious treats: everything you could want or need and much more. Being on the main piazza, the apartment is in the centre of everything with a view onto one of the most beautiful and lively piazze in Italy. The palazzo is beautiful. Staying here is not only comfortable, but a lesson in living well.
The apartment's best asset is also its drawback. The town is beautiful and very lively, especially in the piazza. The noise enters into the apartment, although the bedroom is more insulated from it. There are no cars and I did not hear any loud music, just the hubbub of considerable social activity. I sleep with earplugs normally, and it might be recommended. The wifi can also be glitchy, particularly in the evening, at least when I was there.
