Needed a security firm guard needed to be at the gate at all times

Staffs were nice, the property itself feels super safe
We had two electricity outbreaks during our stay.
The portion of food was quite small for its price.

Great staff, great location, clean place, good security and a great view of the Kilimanjaro!
Booked a room and ended ip being given a tent to stay in.
I guess this was because the place was fully booked due to the marathon, but in any case I booked a room and not a tent.
Tents were good and comfortable but I guess when you book a room and end up sleeping in a tent for the same price it’s disappointing
