We enjoyed our stay and liked the appartment.

The size of the Apartment was nice for a family with 3 children. Nice terraces.

The washing machine was broken. It had an impact as we were counting on it.

.

The fact that the apartment was big and spacious.

The location was pretty far from the city and the public transport was not very frequent.

Very disappointed

Location

The moment the booking was made through the platform, harassment began via WhatsApp. An inhumane number of messages and instructions were sent, followed by repeated demands to register, worded in a manner that bordered on threats. These messages arrived continuously, one after another. The registration process itself was unnecessarily complicated – requiring the completion of forms and photographs of personal identification documents, something impossible to execute while travelling, as we were on the road with a strict schedule. The relentless repetition of such requests was extremely disruptive and unreasonable. Another highly important issue: our reservation was for FIVE GUESTS. During the booking process, we emphasized multiple times that we were FIVE PEOPLE and required FIVE COMPLETE SETS of bedding. Upon arrival, however, we found only FOUR. Attempts to reach the provided contact details – by phone, email, or WhatsApp – were unsuccessful. When we finally received a reply late in the evening, we were informed that the missing bedding would be delivered the following day, despite our having already informed you that we were departing for the airport at 5 a.m. As a result, one of our guests was forced to sleep in clothes, without proper bedding. Access to the property was also unnecessarily complicated. Despite the VERY LONG instructions provided, they were incomplete and inaccurate. We wasted a considerable amount of time and had to ask neighbors how to access the parking and even identify which apartment was being rented. The apartment door bore no number or indication whatsoever. In summary, this experience was deeply frustrating. It is unacceptable to run a business with such carelessness and disregard for guests. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail shows a complete absence of respect for both your work and your clients.

Brak klimatyzacji w salonie, ale przy czteroosobowej rodzinie to nie problem
