Great location, very clean facilities, exceptional customer service. The rooftop bar was a highlight. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location and super nice stuff. The family room for 4 could have been a bit bigger, but still was nice and comfortable. Great roof top bar and nice view of the Hoan Kiem lake. Definitely recommend.
