Welcome to your dream holiday flat by the Baltic Sea! This luxuriously furnished flat on the second floor not only offers you a breathtaking view of the harbour and the Baltic Sea, but also first-class facilities and plenty of amenities to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
You can easily reach the flat via the lift, which is accessible directly from your underground parking space. With around 54 square metres of floor space, there is plenty of room for up to four people. The flat is particularly suitable for people with allergies: it features high-quality PVC flooring and mineral wall coatings instead of traditional wallpaper.
The open-plan living area is the perfect place to relax. A cosy seating area invites you to linger, and for your entertainment there is a 40-inch flat-screen TV and a modern micro hi-fi system. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV with Sky complete the package.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher and a microwave. A separate dining area seats up to four people. From every window, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea or the harbour.
The sheltered balcony, with a comfortable corner bench, is the ideal spot to soak up the sun or wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and another 40-inch TV, as well as a safe for personal belongings. An additional room with a bunk bed (90 cm x 200 cm) provides space for children or extra guests.
The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower and toilet.
This holiday flat offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea. This accommodation also includes an underground parking space and a bicycle storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes. A communal laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated) is also available for your use.
In the annexe of the complex, an exclusive pool and wellness area awaits guests, which can, of course, be used free of charge. Immerse yourself in the pleasantly warm water and let your gaze wander over the vast expanse of the Baltic Sea – an experience for all the senses. Soothing sauna sessions invite you to linger and offer you deep relaxation. Please note that, due to its great popularity, the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under development. Nevertheless, the accommodation already meets 5-star standards and guarantees you a first-class stay. Any construction work taking place at the resort will not affect your enjoyment of your holiday, which is why additional discounts are not available.
