A disappointing stay that did not live up to the description provided.

The only positive aspect of the apartment was its location. It was conveniently situated, but unfortunately, the accommodation itself did not meet my expectations.

The apartment was not clean, and during our one-week stay, the bed linens and bath towels were never replaced. The towels would not dry properly, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. There was no hot water in the sinks, and São Paulo was experiencing very cold weather during our visit. The apartment provided only a thin blanket, so we had to keep the air conditioner running constantly for heating, which made it difficult to breathe comfortably. In addition, the listing advertised a washing machine, but there was none in the apartment. The TV also had no access to basic local channels. Overall, the apartment did not match the description provided in the advertisement, and the lack of basic amenities made our stay disappointing.
