Really good location with great metro links, also good walking distance to most places.
The shower was really hard to turn off and was constantly dripping. The sofa under the window also smelt a bit damp.

Feels large enough for family of 5. The rooms are small, but it’s an old building this is what is expected. Location was peaceful and easy 10 mins to shopping street or Nyhavn.
The bathroom didn’t have any space for toiletries which could easily be fixed. The shower is awful, my kids could not operate it alone and drips constantly. This shows up in many reviews - I’m surprised it’s not been rectified. Cleaning needs better attention to detail. Kitchen walls etc have splashes over them. For a stay more than a week a mid-stay clean would be useful!

The location, cleanliness and the size of the living accommodation was great. Decor was modern and very well equipped.
Bedrooms were slightly smaller, but still doable. Very comfortable beds, good towels.
Great location.
The shower was difficult to turn on and off (it was doable, so we didn't inform the host), could do with more shelves in the bathroom.
