We loved our stay at Phen Art house. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter, with so many great cafes / restaurants and shops nearby. The accomodation is beautifully designed, and we loved the style of the room. The cafe downstairs is also great, it was the perfect place to start the day with a coffee and fresh croissant, and the best way to end the day with a cold drink. The owner is also very helpful and friendly, he spoke great English too. Highly recommend!

The cafe below our stay had a very cool artsy vibe. Thought it was fun to go through a cafe to get to our room. The place nice and clean. The staff were very helpful.
The room lightening was too dim/not enough for our liking.

The room was exactly as pictured. The staff and cafe downstairs were such a highlight. The location was so convenient & easily accessible
The only thing we found difficult was the construction noise right downstairs. Luckily I had earplugs but it was quite loud all day and into the evening
