Location, although on main road truck noise dropped at night.
Nice and roomy, had good heating.
Extras in the fridge were a very nice touch.
Bed was comfortable.
No bathroom heater.
Lack of clear check in instructions. It should be on the website. Note on front door was not at all clear. I had to go searching for a person. Had someone at the front door last night trying to check in with us.

Very comfortable bed with electric blanket. Separate little lounge area to watch TV and relax. Lovely touch having the breakfast provisions in the fridge and some biscuits to have with our cup of tea. There was a hot tub and pizza oven outside too but we didnt use it as only stayed one night on our travels from Christchurch. Highly recommend this accomodation. Wish we could have stayed longer. Easy check in with a lock box
Was raining when we arrived and we had to carry our bags over a large puddle to get to our accomodation

Victorian villa decor in a big apartment
A very big bathroom with nowhere to put your stuff, big waste of space. A lot of dust collecting tchotchkes throughout.
Suggest locking your belongings, if you don't want them rifled through here.
