Uncomfortable/Lack of communicatin stay

Overall, my stay was disappointing and far below expectations. The only positive part was the first-day pickup from the railway station and the host providing a TV for my daughter even though it wasn’t included. Key handover was smooth. However, the apartment itself was in very poor condition. Tap water tasted extremely salty, almost like ocean water. Cleanliness was unacceptable: mattresses, bed sheets, and pillows had visible stains. Even after requesting replacements, the new ones also had marks. Kitchen utensils were rusted, including the tawa, chimta, and even the gas lighter. Bathroom bulb was fused; despite informing both the caretaker and the owner, it was never fixed. Communication was good for the first two days, but later my messages were ignored. Railway station pickup/drop was charged separately even though it should have been included. All doors had rusted stoppers and could not be locked properly. During power cuts, only lights and fans worked; AC and plug points did not function despite having an inverter. Full payment was taken on the first day, and after that, service quality dropped completely. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay for my family. I would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made. This was one of my worst stays booked through Booking.com. Only the first-day pickup and TV arrangement were positive. Everything else was below basic standards. The apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and not guest-ready. Mattresses, sheets, and pillows had stains. Kitchen items were rusted. Tap water tasted salty. Bathroom bulb was never fixed. Communication stopped after two days. Doors couldn’t be locked properly. Inverter supported only lights and fans, not AC or plugs. Pickup/drop was charged separately. Full payment was taken upfront and service dropped afterwards. I strongly advise Booking.com to review this property’s listing.

Could be a backup option!

The place was big enough for the friend group. It was good for the price we paid.

Washrooms were dirty.

Fraud Property - DO NOT BOOK

Never book this property, I booked it 4-5 days in advance and on the day of visit, when I called the host, he said i will call you back after confirmation from app and then neither called nor picked up my calls, I was with family and small kid and had to book other hotel at last hour at very high price due to festival day.. He must have allocated to some one other at higher price..
