Très Décevant
L'emplacement proche de la cathédrale , du real alcazar, 10 mn de la place d'espagne, dans le quartier historique
Le logement était propre, mais une odeur d'égout dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, que l'on a sentie dés notre arrivée, malgré le désodorisant vaporisé avant notre arrivée. Cette odeur a été persistante toute la semaine. Un avis similaire d'un autre locataire en décembre 2024.
Ce logement, de mon avis, ne devrait pas être proposé à la location avec un tel désagrément !
Vaisselle minimale: 3 fourchettes, 4 grosses cuillères, 2 cuillères à café , 3 couteaux dentés. Des assiettes dépareillées. Pas de couteaux pour éplucher une pomme par exemple, pas de saladier, 2 petites casseroles. Des verres à eau, mais un seul verre à vin.
La consigne, sur le site, acceptée puisque nous avons loué, était de ne pas faire la fête après 21 heure. Sans pour autant faire la fête et faire du bruit, on peut néanmoins apprécier de prendre un verre de vin au salon avec son conjoint. Avec la table de salon découverte dans le placard de la chambre ( peut être était elle cassée) et avec en plus 1 seul verre à vin à disposition, tout semble être fait pour que la consigne soit respectée.
Si vous avez des enfants, attention 2 prises électriques sont cassées une dans le couloir et une dans le séjour.
Communication insuffisante:
A 3 reprises durant les 3 semaines précédents la location, j'ai déposé un message sur le site demandant au propriétaire si nous allions le rencontrer à notre arrivée( à l'heure que nous avions renseignée sur le site booking.com), et si non comment nous allions récupérer les clés. Aucune réponse, même éventuellement pour nous dire ne pouvoir répondre pour le moment ! La veille de notre arrivée à 14 heures, un message d'une personne qui ne semble pas être le propriétaire mais une société qui probablement gère les entrées et sorties, nous demandant à quelle heure nous arrivions ! A 17 heures, après une 4ème relance, enfin la réponse attendue, sur WhatsApp, nous informant que la clé serait dans une boîte à clés avec le lieu de la boîte.
