Very Bad
Once you book this property, the host will call you to inform you that he will cancel the booking made through Booking.com but will still allow you to stay at the property, requiring you to pay the rental amount listed on the website.
To gain access to the property and receive the keys, you must pay the full stay amount along with a security deposit of Rs. 5,000. However, there is no assurance that you will receive your security deposit back after you check out.
I stayed here with five friends. After checking out, I called the host to arrange for the key handover. He instructed me to leave the key in a secure box and assured me the deposit would be refunded by 5 PM. Two hours later, I received a message stating that I had violated the rules and, as a result, there would be a deduction from my security deposit. I tried calling him multiple times, but he did not respond. I also sent him a text via WhatsApp without any reply.
After many attempts, he finally answered my call around 10 PM, telling me he would send back Rs. 2,000 and that we could discuss the remaining amount in the morning. I was skeptical and posted a review of my experience on Booking.com. The next morning, the host called me, asking me to remove the review. In return, I requested my full refund. He then offered to send Rs. 1,500 and insisted that I would receive the remaining amount once I deleted the post. I agreed and removed the review, but as of now, he has not returned my money.
