Good location, expensive for the facilities you get. Room not very clean, very basic.

It was a good location to China town. Staff were friendly. Room had a fridge and kettle.

Room looked nothing like photos online. The bathroom was filthy, mouldy and rusty. Room had a funny smell and overall just wasn’t as described and wasn’t clean.

ROOMS INFESTED WITH BUGS. Run.

READ CAREFULLY 🚩🚩👇 The whole room was infested with bugs. There was ants all over the place, in the beds, in the fridge, under the bed, on the walls, in the toilets. Even though at first when I came in the flat there was nothing, so they slowly came in. Then I decided to change rooms, and at first, just like last time, there wasn't any ants visible. And then one day later they were EVERYWHERE. So as soon as I SIT on my bed, I start to see ants crawling over my legs. I shake them off. I go in the other places of the room and I can see them all swarming from different places: the walls to my clothes, to my luggage... Etc. They're going everywhere. I had ants inside of my laptop, going in and out !!!. So it might have caused my laptop to crash and to stop working. There was ants on my other electronics too. They were all over the fridge, and the situation was absolutely disgusting, because I never saw in my life such a bad habitation. And it's crazy that Booking allows this kind of low-quality, unsanitary rooms to be rented. So I decided to get a refund, but the staff refused. So then I had to just run, shake off all the ants as much as I could, and then once my stuff didn't have ants anymore, I decided to take another hotel and just run away from this place. I STRONGLY advise you not to go to this hotel, because this is the worst I ever did in my life, and I've did a ton of bookings. On another note, the staff is also unhelpful, and they're not going to want to help you. They're bad. They are rude, and they don't really care about you. If you want all your belongings to be 100% infested, go on. If I could put a zero 0/10 I would, but I just can't. So I guess this is a 1/10.

Great location and value

Great location. A little hard to find initially, but easy when you know how! Basic room and building but great value with incredible street food nearby.

My room smelt a bit damp, but the staff were happy for you to light incense. Comfortable stay and good value
