Cleanness, room size and security , staff support
Please install the AC in the room and let the client decide to use it or not. Not everyone supports the use of a fan and it makes me sick for example . To be frank the room was very sick

We spent 3 weeks in Kenya and the Avian Hotel was easily the best hotel we visited. First class facilities and very good restaurant and very professional staff. First class breakfast and excellent evening meals. Very modern hotel in every respect. We loved and would come back any time.
Everything was great

Lovely hotel — well located for Lake Naivasha, Hells Gate and conference hotels in the area. Staff were AMAZING - so helpful, friendly and happy, especially Sammy! Food was really tasty, lots of choice and very personalised
