A perfect location and starting point for exploring the city centre and get out into the mountains. Walking distance to the whole of the old town as well as the cable car. The flat is cozy but fine for 2 people and has everything needed. It's kept super clean and tidy. Communication is amazing. Lots of information and quick responses every time. When we get back to Chur, we'll book with Solution-Grischun again.

We had a tiny issue with the door bell entry, but the 24/7 contact number had it solved in a few minutes. The beds were a touch soft for one of us, perfect for the other. No majors, we would absolutely stay here again.

Overall very nice cosy and clean property. Apartment was fully equipped and they provided a welcome gift as well. Would love to stay here again.

The climatic place as expected. The arrangement of the apartment was not obvious, but as convenient as could be in such an old building with altered function.

No complaints.

The location is ideal for visiting Chur. The room and the shared bathroom (more about that later) was clean. The bunk beds were not expected, but worth noting, if one cannot climb. Speaking of climbing, this accommodation is on the 5th floor (no elevator but that was understood in advance).

This accommodation is not a great value. It looks/feels like a youth hostile, and not in a good sense. The room is so small, it only serves as a place to sleep - one wouldn’t want to spend much time there. For two people it’s cramped…so cramped it would be hard to watch the TV on the rolling stand unless both guests were confined to their beds. The door to the room cannot be opened if both chairs are in use at the table. This accommodation is in the attic of the building, which is not well cared for. The photos of the hall speak for themselves. The shared bathroom may be the area most like a low-cost youth hostile. The door has a hole in it that has been plugged with bathroom tissue to provide privacy. The sink faucet provides only cold water, even though it is back-to-back with the shower. The window has no curtain, but does have a view of nearby residences (and, unfortunately, vice versa).
