The host was great and took care of two minor issues right away! The house was clean and felt homey. The location was perfect between my family’s home and other places we wanted to go in close proximity. We did do laundry at my parent’s since there was a 5 fee per load and I believe for the amount guest's pay to stay that should be included without a fee. I know the host stated her reasoning why in another review, but still it was a hassle. Other than that the area was quiet and pleasant. Ac units are in the bedrooms and we set them for when we were out and it kept the living room around 80 but it wasn’t bad since the ceiling fan was going. Rooms got ice cold but we were able to adjust the units and we slept comfortably. All in all this was a good place to stay.

Overall good location but owner requested that we not use the freezer , asked 5 for each load of laundry.. there was no place to but the garbage or recycling. Wanted to charge 37 for a pull chain that I am not sure we even broke . We were a group of over 70 soccer players that were very responsible.
