About this villa rental
The villa features new and comfortable furnishings that blend with the colors of the earth, the sea, and the surrounding greenery.
A comfortable sofa in the living area and a spacious kitchen open onto the garden, where guests can enjoy a covered porch offering spectacular views of the sea and the greenery surrounding the villa.
The bedrooms are spacious and bright, with two windows that ensure plenty of light and a constant breeze.
The large terrace offers a wonderful view of the Aeolian Islands (Stromboli is right across the way!).
Bathrooms are located on both floors of the villa.
The space
In addition to the sofa, there are comfortable armchairs and a chaise longue for relaxing.
On the first floor, there is a large terrace where you can sunbathe in complete privacy and enjoy a wonderful starry sky at night.
Rounding out the picture is a large shared pool just a few dozen meters from the villa, nestled among beautiful, refreshing trees.
Guest Access
Guests of the villa, in accordance with the condominium rules, have full access to the pool during operating hours.
Other Things to Keep in Mind....
The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, and naturally, there may be some mosquitoes during the summer months. The villa is equipped with excellent mosquito screens, but even with regular pest control treatments, some insects may still be present, especially around sunset.
We recommend that guests bring bug spray.
After sunset, the insects disappear.
