The hotel was exceptional, We stayed for 6 nights. Location was great within walking distance to Liberty Square and Places of Interest and cafe's and restaurant.
Our room have exceeded our expectation, better than the photos. I love the Roman spa inspired room. The mosaic tile flooring was just beautiful, especially with my allergy. The room was spacious and coffee & tea making facilities, bar fridge etc.. everything you need in a room to make your stay comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed.
By this time we have been travelling for a few weeks and needed to rest for a few days. The bed and pillows was most comfortable. The room was cleaned and fresh towels we're replenished everyday. Hotel housekeeping staff we're so lovely and accommodating.
Sadly we had a bad experience in Vienna. The room i booked wasn't the same that was given to us, worst still the bed and pillows have seen better days. Kazma Hotel was such a welcome relief. Save our holiday.
The hotel staff were amazing especially Nino and Giorgi who was welcoming and helpful, from finding a taxi and places to eat etc.. and translation from georgian to english.
Thank you to everyone at kazma Hotel for making our stay a wonderful experience.

The staff were very friendly and helped us to heat our food, provided extra water and guidance where needed.
The room was cleaned everyday and hot water available in the shower.
Day 1 - there was no water in the hotel due to surrounding construction which was not informed before and we could not use the washroom which was inconvinient.
Additional water in any form was not provided by the hotel.

- it’s new but it didn’t lost the “Georgian vibe”
- location is great because it’s near various restaurants and cafe, supermarkets, malls, tourist attractions but also located in a quiet residential neighbourhood
- the room is big. We stayed in a room with 3 twin beds and a living room
- the bed and pillow are comfortable
- the water, coffee and tea are refilled everyday
- very clean and smells great
- the variety of breakfasts and the candies in the reception
- the staff are very welcoming
- the Internet is quite slow
