The stay was extremely inconvenient and unpleasant. I would not recommend this property.
My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that complimentary breakfast was included. However, to my utter surprise, the reception staff informed me upon arrival that the property did not provide complimentary breakfast.
I stayed in Room No. 107, where the geyser was not functioning which I came to know about later. Despite repeated requests, the issue was neither resolved nor repaired. When I requested a change of room, the management assured me that it would be arranged. However, by the time I checked out, neither had my room been changed nor had the geyser been repaired.
The overall quality of service was below expectations. The condition of the linens and the general cleanliness of the property also left much to be desired. Adding to the inconvenience, the lift was not working.
Throughout my stay, the management offered nothing but assurances, without taking any effective action to address the problems. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to others. The service, maintenance, cleanliness, and overall guest experience need significant improvement.
