The property was so neat and tidy and the staff so friendly!
No complaints at all.

Friendly staff. Pleasant unit. Well situated.
Seating a little uncomfortable for elderly people. A higher backed option would have been ideal.

Our room was immaculate. Decor is lovely and calm. Great location. We were made to feel very welcome.
Nothing! Everything was great

Clearly an older property, but a nicely refurbished room. Decent shower and bathroom. The bed was enormous. Reasonably comfortable seating. Off-Street carparking was appreciated. Good location, close to town and Merivale area
We stayed three nights and didn't get any form of servicing of the room. No new towels. No rubbish removed. The booking.com advert said that room service was provided, but they must have missed the memo. Because of this, I would say that this place is only worth staying for one or maybe two nights.
