NO HICIMOS NI HAREMOS USO DE LOFT GARMENDIA CON PLAYSTATION
Nada, puesto que anule la reserva
No me gusto la entrada al portal desde la calle, da una impresión muy mala, el interior del portal es de barrio bajero, un olor al entrar desagradable, un olor de bajantes atascados, una sensación de abandono total del portal, hay poco luz en el portal, en una puerta de un vecino está cerrado con un candado, en otra puerta de otro vecino hay un palo atravesado de arriba a bajo (da la sensación de estar forzada la puerta, no lo sé, doy mi opinión sin conocimiento de causa), en otra planta no había luz (supongo que se habría fundido), el piso es un tercero sin ascensor ( es cierto que la propietaria en ningún momento puso que tenía ascensor, pero creo que debería reseñarse, puesto que las escaleras son estrechas y cuesta subir el equipaje), a mí familia y a mí, no nos gustó el conjunto de la reserva (el interior por lo que pudimos ver está aceptable, pero las zonas comunes hasta llegar al piso da un poco de respeto y más sino conoces donde vas, no te inspira confianza). NOSOTROS HABLAMOS CON LA DUEÑA PARA PODER PONER UNA SOLUCIÓN Y NO NOS DIO NINGUNA ALTERNATIVA Y SOLO SE REMITIÓ A LA CLAUSULA DE CANCELACIÓN Y NOS COBRÓ DICHO IMPORTE, NO TUVO NINGÚN TIPO DE ESCRÚPULO PARA APLICAR DICHA CANCELACIÓN. Hablamos con Booking e hizo de intermediario para hablar con la propietaria para ver si podría hacer algo con la cancelación, pero está mujer se negó en rotundo, por lo tanto pagamos dicha cancelación, a nosotros dicho apartamento no nos daba seguridad para quedarnos los días reservados por lo tanto pagamos la cancelación y no hicimos uso de dicho apartamento. NO VOLVEREMOS A ESTE APARTAMENTO.

Bonito en fotos, insoportable en persona. Una estafa con olor a cloaca
La ubicación, que no el acceso al apartamento, es buena: está frente al ayuntamiento y bastante céntrico. Sin embargo, se encuentra en una calle muy empinada, de difícil acceso con maletas pesadas, y es un tercer piso sin ascensor, en un edificio que se cae a pedazos.
Una de las peores estancias que hemos tenido.
La ubicación es buena y la decoración del apartamento está cuidada.
Pero nada compensa el estado del edificio, que literalmente se cae a trozos (escayola por el suelo en el portal, puertas tapiadas por temor a ocupación, vecinos molestos por el alquiler turístico). Es un tercero sin ascensor y con escaleras muy estrechas.
Había aparatos contra cucarachas enchufados por todas partes.
Lo peor: el olor insoportable dentro del apartamento, especialmente en la ducha. El desagüe desprende un olor nauseabundo que inunda todo. Compramos ambientadores, abríamos los grifos para intentar "camuflarlo", y aún así era difícil ducharse o dormir. Por la mañana volvía a ser igual de fuerte.
Nos dijeron que era “típico de Santander”, pero lo consultamos con otros viajeros y nadie más lo había sufrido. Además, solo pasaba en la ducha.
Nadie vino a ver ni valorar el problema del olor en toda la semana ni nos propusieron ningún tipo de compensación. Muy decepcionante.
