Awful, awful, awful. Am now trying to get my money back as we had to book elsewhere.

Nothing

Everything. Have put in a refund claim as we had to leave as we couldn’t even have a shower. It was old, dated and in need of repair. The floor in the hallway was dangerous as part of it had carpet over no floor, the shower door was off its mechanism and couldn’t be closed. It also had peeling silicone. Nearly every surface the laminate was peeling off. The carpet throughout was stained. Curtains in the lounge room were off their hooks. Damaged shelves in lounge. Tiny space where you had to straddle the dining chairs to be able to sit at the table. There was a second freezer on the kitchen bench taking up a lot of room and the back of it faced the lounge room. This was just an awful place to be.
