location excellent.Facilities at villa fantastic.Very spacious villa with plenty of bathrooms.Outlook is superb over the Pinhal golf course 13th tee.Supermarket 2 minutes away.Bars and restaurants very close as well.Beach is 5 minutes by taxi.Taxis very cheap.Lovely quiet area at the end of cul de sac.
Gave one of the answers just below excellent because for very few euros they could buy two pool cues which were cracked and wrapped with tape.Lights at night weren’t working around pool seemed to need new bulbs. As regards security the patio doors in the lounge downstairs and the main bedroom upstairs don’t lock which has already been mentioned by previous visitors on reviews so should have been done by now.The bedroom terrace door requires a gorilla to slide shut as it is basically jammed.Didn’t want this to sound negative but for security it’s important.

Location is very good, 10/15 mins walk down to the port. Big house with swimming pool, ping pong, pool table and pitch and putt. Very clean and in a very nice area. I would recommend this house to anyone!
I read in the reviews about the back door not locking. When I got there the door didn’t lock. I called maintenance and they fixed it the next day. Also the hot water went off the second day they came out to fix it the next day, however it wasn’t fixed, so came out the day after to fix it. (This meant we had two days with cold water). I think the hot water was just unlucky- lucky it was warm and not too bad to have a cold shower. Also a lot of ants around the pool that need addressing.

The size was excellent and the pool and garden were very entertaining for the teenagers
It’s tired, needs painting on the exterior and a lot of the sliding doors and windows need replacing. Generally tired and needs updating.
