Not worth my money

Nothing

The accommodation smelled like sewage especially the toilet, the bedsheets were very dirty as well as the floor of the accommodation. The toilet and bathroom was disgustingly dirty and stank. I was very disappointed, the electricity went off which was very scary and unusual for us. The shower head fell on my head while having a shower which is very dangerous can cause serious brain injuries please fix this.

El piso es espacioso, pero la pésima experiencia general hace que no compense en absoluto. La atención por WhatsApp es cierto que bien, en cuánto amabilidad de las personas de la empresa. Por tanto los comentarios negativos no van dirigidos a las personas que me atendieron, sino por la feroz gestión turística del piso que no les importa para nada el estado y condiciones del piso.

Pensábamos que las opiniones anteriores exageraban, pero es tal cual lo cuentan. El ruido es insoportable, tanto por las obras del metro en la calle como por el ascensor del edificio y los vecinos, ya que se escucha absolutamente todo. Además, lo de las cucarachas es verdad, había muchas y eso que estábamos en un octavo piso. El estado general del apartamento es regular y está lleno de pequeños desperfectos fruto del mal mantenimiento. El descanso fue imposible: las camas son horribles, con colchones de muelles viejos que se mueven y unos cojines fatal. Lo que más nos molestó fue el abuso de la fianza. Pedir un depósito de 300 € por un piso con unos estándares de calidad tan bajos es una vergüenza; es imposible hacer más desperfectos de los que ya tiene el piso de por sí. Para colmo, tardaron más de 7 días en devolvernos el ingreso en el banco. Una gestión malísima, tenéis opciones muchísimo mejores en Málaga

CONDICIONES INSALUBRES, NO LO RECOMIEDO

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue bastante decepcionante y no cumplió en absoluto con lo que esperábamos según la información publicada. En primer lugar, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: durante la estancia encontramos cucarachas, lo cual resulta inaceptable. Además, el apartamento olía fuertemente a pintura, ya que aparentemente lo habían pintado recientemente. De hecho, todavía había restos visibles de pintura y cinta de carrocero, dando una sensación general de falta de preparación antes de recibir huéspedes. Las camas eran muy incómodas, lo que dificultó nuestro descanso durante toda la estancia. Otro punto negativo importante fue el aparcamiento: aunque se indicaba que había posibilidad de aparcar, en la práctica resultó extremadamente difícil encontrar sitio en la zona. Por otro lado, la comunicación con el propietario fue poco clara y nada transparente. Tampoco se respetó la hora de entrada acordada, lo que nos causó molestias adicionales al llegar. En resumen, la estancia no cumplió con las expectativas ni con lo anunciado. Consideramos que hay varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorarse antes de ofrecer este alojamiento a futuros huéspedes.

Muy buena ubicación, está a una calle de las ramblas y a 5 min del puerto.

Tiene una cortina que no tapa toda la luz debería poner alguna otra más, así se podría descansar mejor

El apartamento estaba bien para los precios que hay en Málaga aunque las CAMAS son SÚPER INCÓMODAS. El resto bien, amplio y luminoso. La limpieza mejorable.
