The property was ideal in many ways. The neighborhood in which it is situated is wonderfully quiet, yet very close to all forms of public transport (both urban and intercity), supermarkets, restaurants, and a laundromat. The property itself was spacious and the kitchen well equipped with all things needed for meal preparation. The blackout curtains ensured that the sleeping areas fostered a good night’s sleep.
There are just a few minor shortcomings, not all of which can be attributed to the hosts. The booking.com description suggests that two separate sleeping areas equate to separate bedrooms even if one of the sleeping areas happens to be situated in the common living/dining room area. As seems to be common in Europe, a laundry washing machine is not always accompanied by a dryer, necessitating a trip to the laundromat for dryer access. The only noticeable shortcomings, almost trivial, are that the floor might have benefited from a bit of mopping prior to our arrival, and a few of the plates and bowls in the kitchen were slightly chipped.

Nice and spacious, clean. Close to trains (10-15min walk) and buses and supermarkets.
Listed as two bedrooms but one of the beds is actually in the lounge room, which was expected because other reviews have commented on this.
Was expecting to receive the code before we arrived but Had to contact the host for the code.
Was a bit expensive but that could’ve been due to the Eurovision being held at the same time.

Comfortable apartment in a walking distance from underground, close to Shoenbrunn.
It has all that you need, apart from wardrobe.
The apartment was not cleaned, which cannot happen, if you rent an apartment to people.
We were shocked when we entered the apartment and noticed dust on the floor, bed linen not changed after previous guests, wet towels in the washing machine.. etc.
The next morning the flat was cleaned and all was fine since then.
On the day of the arrival we were informed that there is construction site in the building and it gets noisy. We didn't want to change location at short notice. Discount was promissed but not realized.
