Pregnant, disabled, or older people should know the elevators don't work if it's windy.

Beds were comfortable, view was nice.

I'm pregnant and the elevators didn't work the whole time we were there. Apparently when it's windy, the elevators shut down? I'm very pregnant and had to walk up 23 flights of stairs multiple times.

Amazing view and decent condo ruined by elevator issues.

The view was incredible, the TV worked well, and one of the two beds was very comfortable, the other bed was uncomfortable and we didn't use it. The location was excellent, and had the elevators been functional we'd have been happy to recommend this hotel again... unfortunately repeated elevator issues even on days where the weather was fine prevented us from fully enjoying our trip.

The elevators had issues the entire time, we were on the 32nd floor and my wife has health issues, she was not capable of climbing 32 flights of stairs without taking multiple breaks and doing so took a great toll on her health. We understand that on the last day the elevators were out due to the storm, but the weather was fine on the other days. It was also impossible to reach anyone at the number provided in the booking, I called and left multiple messages and never received a callback. I was able to find a number for the owner, Jane, and received only one very short response after asking for a number to contact her. The view was amazing and the room was clean and sufficient, but the elevator issues made the hotel impossible to recommend again. After reading multiple reviews on google we found that the elevator issues are constant and it wasn't just bad luck during our trip. If you have a 32-floor facility, you need reliable elevators, period. I understand this is not the condo owners fault but this was totally unacceptable. On the last day I tried to contact the owner of the unit again, she instructed me to call the building manager, again we received no reply about staying to wait for the elevators, we were forced to carry all of our luggage and bags (about 150lbs worth) down 27 flights of stairs to our car. Again, we understand issues with the storm, but the lack of ability to communicate with anyone was totally inexcusable. In addition to all of this, when we first got to the hotel, there was a sign on our door informing us that we couldn't run the AC from 7AM to 3 PM Mon-Fri due to the building being painted... we found this extremely inconvenient and we were not warned about this before our stay or we'd have cancelled the booking and found another place to stay. Also, the water was turned off on Wednesday from 9-3.

The gated building entrance and even gated garage.

My unit especially didn’t have the cold water tap working. Instead of I had to fill the warm or hot water in my disposable water bottle and let that sit on the side till it cools to room temperature.
