The place was absolutely stunning: completely new, perfectly clean, well decorated, in a beautifully renovated historical building in the centre of the city. It is equipped with a Lavazza coffee machine, a fridge, 2 bottle of water at arrival, blow dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The host reached out in advance to confirm my arrival time to determine whether she could be available in person and provided me clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property. I had no problem at all. The instructions were accurate and corresponded exactly to what was required. She was also available to meet and we connected over coffee. She is friendly, responsible and reliable.
Nothing - I could not imagine a better place where to stay. In fact, I loved the city, am intending to return and visit it better on my own and I would definitely stay there again and I recommended it to colleagues and friends.

The location was top notch, close to bars, restaurants and historic landmarks.
The pallazo was really nice.
The communication with the host was excelent, she was very kind. She met us to handle the keys and showed us how to get access to the room.
The bed was confortable enough for our taste.
Having the big fridge was quite nice.
We stayed from Saturday to Monday. Saturday evening was quite noisy from all the party people passing the streets. Closing the windows didn't serve too good on insulating the noise.
The size of the room (60 square meters) is deceiving. Maybe for a bigger party the rest of the appartment is accessible. For us the rest of the rooms were locked.
The access to the room is a bit cumbersome, not by the stairs that you have to go but by the 4 locks with 4 different keys that you have to open/close. Some doors were quite hard to close quietly.
