Clean and spacious, comfortable beds. Great kitchen!
Only the smallest of things; shower temperature was temperamental, could have done with a light over kitchen sink area.

Loved the location and interior design was beautiful. The balcony was very cute and bedrooms were spacious. Appreciated the nice modern bathroom, as well as easy check in process.
Lots of the facilities such as oven, washing machine and dishwasher didn’t work. Whilst the host communicated this when we got to the apartment it would have been nice to know in advance.

The apartment was excellent, lovely bedrooms, balcony off the kitchen etc. The location was good, a 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence. A longer walk to the station (35 minutes) to get to our day tour buses.
The kitchen needs a kettle (for those that drink tea!) and a dish towel to dry dishes.
We couldn't find an iron but managed without it.
The shower's either very hot or cold, couldn't get a medium temperature.

Easy key collection & access code for main door.
Comfortable spacious apartment , very comfortable bed & pillows with nice linen.
Well equipped kitchen, air con worked well.
Dishwasher needed tablets, salt & rinse aid but none provided.
Shower had plenty of hot water but you had to run the basin tap fully on hot to get a consistent supply at a comfortable temperature in the shower (advised to do this by property management when we asked about it) - otherwise the temperature in the shower temperature was erratic.
