Good

Nice house good accommodations

Last year we were able to check in early at 12:15pm. We got to town early this year and we're not able to check in early and we were by the house and there was no one around. Text about checking in early and got no response.

Not good. Wouldn’t even consider booking this rental again.

The location in proximity to family stuff to do for the day

Dirty & poor management. I’m attaching pictures. Front door unlocked and slightly open upon arrival. Walls are covered in dirt and handprints but apparently this is “deep cleaning” they only do in the winter time because they’re “too busy”. Bedding in all of the bedrooms seemed unwashed- and smelled of animals in the master bedroom- with evidence of an animal putting paw prints on the wall & trying to scratch its way out of the door. Had to wash all bedding before we could even go to sleep the first night. Trash from previous renters left in front yard and side yard with an overflowing trash bin, marijuana/ marijuana paraphernalia left in a closet along with other various trash, a dirty couch, broken back screen door, and the front door unlocks with any random set of numbers on the keypad lock, not the actual code given on arrival. Due to trash being left in the yard, an animal had gotten into it and then died under the back of my vehicle, my fiancé had to wrap it in a towel and put it in trash bin until management showed up hours later to dispose of it because the city wouldn’t come grab it. Management gave me a call and a phone number to get in contact with them- they showed up to vacuum closet with marijuana in it (backwoods inner tobacco on a plate” took the trash, offered me “wine and juices for my kids”. Then ignored me about any compensation such as a cleaning fee back- or even an extra nights stay where we could sleep comfortably without dealing with these issues. Never heard back from them- it’s now Monday morning & I am back from my stay, and still have not heard from Julie/Julia or Vacasa about these issues. Management openly stated that the owner has 4 of these properties that he uses for money- and doesn’t seem to care about. We spent 1.1K for 3 nights- and couldn’t get so much as a cleaning fee back!!!!! I would not recommend staying here. Don’t waste your money.

Stay was great house was nice furniture and mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable.

The location was great just out side the hustle but close enough to good things to do and not to far from the beach.

Muy cómodo confortable buena ubicación

La alfombra sucia en la bodega del patio observamos un plato como con suciedad algo desagradable la alfombra sucia de la sala muy feo daña el aspecto de la estancia y los controles remotos estaban desconfigurados teníamos que agarrar uno q servía para todos los televisores la cocina tenía manchas de grasa adheridas tratamos de quitárselas con productos de limpieza que llevamos quedó mucho mejor
