The location was great, santo spirito is very lively.

Very dissapointing. The biggest issue was the bed. The listing specifically advertised 1 queen bed, but the apartment actually had two separate single beds pushed together. They repeatedly moved apart during normal use, making sleeping uncomfortable and difficult. This is not what we booked and was particularly frustrating as the bed configuration was one of the reasons we chose this apartment. There were also several maintenance issues. The AC was leaking continuously; there was already a bowl underneath it when we arrived, suggesting this was not a new problem, and we had to keep changing the bowl/towels to prevent the water from spreading. The shower door was damaged and would come off its rail, and the shower head holder was also damaged. The Wi-Fi did not work when we arrived, and it took several hours and repeated messages before this was resolved. The apartment is advertised as 70 m², but the actual apartment appears substantially smaller than that. When we complained, we would get very slow responses, in the end we were offered another apartment, but it was in a completely different location. We specifically chose this location, so moving during a short stay was not a suitable replacement for what we had booked. The communication was also frustrating, with long delays and repetitive responses rather than a straightforward solution. Overall, the main problem is that the accommodation simply did not match what was advertised. I would strongly recommend checking the bed configuration and other details carefully before booking.

economy studio, center

75 euros per night is a good price for the city center, the same price in the hostel. is located right in the center. It was quiet because my windows faced the courtyard.

The two mattresses on the bed were constantly moving in different directions. The air conditioner is weak and noisy and water flows out of it onto the floor.

There was a lot of nice places to eat right outside of the apartment

The apartment was not well kept at all. When I got there, the pillows were dirty, the curtains were dirty, the floor was dirty with dust. It looked nothing like the pictures. It's not lovely at all. In my travels, most of the hosts try to leave some water in the apartment because they know you've been traveling. There was totally nothing there so you're going to have to go to the store immediately if there's anything that you need. There are five flights of stairs for you to climb up and from the entry to the time you walk in, it's like dirty dust all the way upstairs. I called Uber and waited for two hours. No one showed up. Called for a taxi and waited two hours. No one showed up so it was very difficult to try to arrange a ride from that side of town back to the other side of town. I would not recommend it for someone that has mobility issues because it's just not a good situation.

L'emplacement est bien. Non loin du centre.

Pas d'ascenseur. Heureusement que je voyage en sac à dos. Le prix me paraît un poil trop élevé par rapport à ce qui est offert.
