- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the main building and faces the lake. Camera 2 is on the office and faces the rescue building. Camera 3 is on the pole and faces the driveway. Camera 4 faces the dog/goat pen. Camera 5 is on the front of the cabin and faces the lake. My family and I have had a really rough last couple of a months with a cancer diagnosis in our family. We needed a break from the real world and were lucky enough to stay at Jerry’s beautiful home. This place was a little slice of heaven. From the beautiful pond view to all of the SWEET and loving animals. This was exactly what our family needed. We are sad our trip is over but will definitely be booking again!

Our stay was a girls trip, our main goal was to find a safe place with nearby food and a view. We got that in spades! Add adorable animals and one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met makes for a place we can’t wait to go back to.
We try to leave places better than we find them but it was nearly impossible as the home was so clean. You can’t even tell it’s pet friendly. The bed is high but extremely comfortable. There’s an on demand water heater which makes for perfect showers.

This is the perfect place to make your staycation whatever you want it to be. We chose the peaceful route. Sitting outside on the porch, listening to the animals, watching the all of Gods amazing creatures.
