Unfortunately due to unforeseen AC problems, we were downgraded from a 3 bedroom villa to a 2 bedroom villa. They were able to also get us a bedroom in the hotel to accommodate our other guests - which on 4th of July weekend was awesome. The villa itself wasn’t the cleanest, but we made due with what we had. Outside of those things, we had an awesome time. The food, the pool, the lagoon - great!

Love staying at this location. Marina, pools, water views and has something for everyone. They are renovating here and there for improvements.

Very quiet laid back resort.

The property has gone downhill the past few years. The staff is not helpful. I paid for a Waterview room and I received one of two units that faced the main road. Immediately called down to the front desk and was given the runaround for two days and then they never followed up after that. Nepal was so crowded that we couldn’t even get a seat the first day. There were so many people in the pool. The water was cloudy.
