Kostas gave us a very warm welcome, with homemade raki and helped us with our bags. He gave great recommendations for things to do and see. The apartment has incredible views and is a 10 minute walk to the town and sea (taking into consideration the small children legs!). The apartment was spotlessly clean and had what we needed to make a basic meal. We had a beautiful balcony with full table that all 5 of us could sit at. Having a washing machine was useful. Beds were comfortable.
Some people might not like the steep hill approach but it's short and worth it for the views! Our 3 year old managed it fine. The shower pressure is a bit low but manageable (being very picky here just to write something but really we loved everything!).

Great location between Livadi Beach and the main tourist area. The room was comfortable and clean with fresh towels daily. It was nice to have a pool to swim in as well. Host and staff were lovely and welcoming. It was great to have a little kitchenette with some basic cooking equipment. Safe and easy accessible parking. There was also a small ocean view which was a bonus.
A few more cooking utensils and crockery would’ve been good, but you can make do, not a deal breaker.

Lovely big deck with table and chairs. Location was great. Costas was very friendly and helpful. Lovely apartment away from the busy waterfront. It would be helpful to have a sign on the property 😊
Minimal complementary amenities. We were provided with small cakes of soap but no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. No tea or coffee provided. There is a washing machine but there is no washing powder provided.

The tranquility of Kostas place up in the hills a bit away from it all was amazing! The location is good be prepared for a 20 minute walk up quite a steep hill if you don’t have a car. And beware Kostas raki! Its lethal but amazing and worth trying. He is a great host and very attentive to his guests always willing to help how he can.
The hill. Himare is a hard place to be without a car. But doable
