Please note that renovation work on a historic villa will begin across from the beach terrace on Kurstraße, starting at 10.08.2026. Demolition, roofing, and facade work in particular are planned through the end of the year. During the winter months, work is expected to continue primarily indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period. We ask for your understanding that there may be occasional disturbances due to noise or construction site traffic during the construction work.
