About this house rental
Welcome to “Bungalow Grell 1” in the Baltic Sea resort town of Dahme. Your vacation home is located in a quiet residential area, just about 165 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the lively promenade! The row bungalow has approximately 42 m² of living space and features a furnished terrace, a parking space, Wi-Fi, and much more....
The living room of the bungalow is furnished with a sideboard that conceals a fold-out bed measuring 90 x 200 cm. In addition, the approximately 24-square-meter room features two armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs, and—on a sideboard—a color TV with a satellite receiver and a stereo system with CD, Bluetooth, USB, and MP3 capabilities.
In the bedroom, which is approximately 8 square meters in size, there is a double bed, two mattresses (each 200 x 90 cm), and a three-door wardrobe. The “Moltke Solution”—created through a renovation—is particularly space-saving, following the motto: “march separately, sleep together,” which simply means that each person enters the bedroom from the hallway through their own door. Bedding and towels are available for rent during your stay.
The bathroom features a shower stall (90 x 75 cm), a sink, a hair dryer, and a wall-mounted toilet.
The kitchenette in the hallway features a four-burner ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, as well as a microwave, a refrigerator with a 3-compartment freezer, a sink, a coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, and, of course, dishes and cutlery.
The south-facing terrace is accessed through the living room. It measures approximately 12.5 square meters and invites you to relax on the lawn with three chairs, a table, a lounge chair, and a parasol.
A crib and high chair are provided free of charge upon request.
Only 165 m to the beach!
The garden features a children’s swing/slide and a climbing frame.
Garden pavilion, parking space, bike storage; smoking is not permitted in the property; pets are not allowed.
