Very helpful and friendly front desk staff during check in. King size bedroom was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also very clean. Appreciated having a doorman out front. We should have used the courtyard but had a pretty full trip planned in SF and didn’t get to it. Our son lives 4 blocks away, we will stay here again on our next visit.

The three downsides are 1) WiFi is terrible, 2) the walls are very thin, I thought the neighbor was literally in my hotel room, and 3) the windows don’t open.
Otherwise the general setup and location is pretty good at the price point.

Everything was excellent!

Very friendly and efficient staff, decent in-room coffee, nice robes, pleasant to have a restaurant, comfy bed, good TV and WiFi, hot water barely satisfactory. I must have asked for an accessible room by mistake, and I did not like it—shower gets floor wet and no bathroom vanity so no place to put anything. Would be nice to have a safe in the room.
