Our cozy, country-style vacation rental, newly furnished in 2024, features 100 m² of living space, is located on the first floor, and accommodates 1–4 people. It features a lovingly furnished kitchen-living room, TV, reading nook, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, dining area, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The large, cozy living room features a sleeper sofa for 2 people and has direct access to the large terrace, which is furnished with a large table and patio furniture for resting and relaxing. The vacation rental also features 1 bedroom with a box-spring bed and direct access to the terrace, and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. Bedding, towels, free Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the price. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and has no thresholds. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Security deposit of 100.00 EUR. Keys are handed over in person; outside of these hours, use the key safe. Pets are allowed (10.00 EUR per day per pet). A crib can be provided. Food service (bread roll delivery).
