One of the worst ”hotel” experiences ever. Personell/owner was extremely rude not very helpful. First thing that happened was that the owner was 30 minutes late for the check in, not answering either phone, messages, or email. Shower barely doesn’t work and bed was disgusting.

4 / 10

Property was close to Vatican and very convenient. Owner Max should not be in the hospitality business. A bully who was very uncooperative. Room was dirty, dark with burned out lights and rusty pipes.
